Prawn Pasta
This pasta dish is made with green prawns drenched in onion and garlic, and mixed with a tomato base served on a bed of spinach. It’s great hangover food and it’s not too heavy. I learnt it in Drama class: Improvization.
Our best tip with these burritos is, when you start making them – don’t put too much in or you can’t wrap and everything falls out. Little bits work! And besides, you can always have another one. They’re like little presents. (And what could be nicer than eating little presents!)
This smoothie has more than a hint of the Caribbean about it. All you need after having this drink is a hammock by the ocean...
