Write
I am not Bridget Jones
I have always written journals or diaries throughout my life. Most likely a by-product activity of being at an all-girls boarding school in those formative years and with no siblings around to distract me, keeping a journal has became a life-long habit.
If intimacy with your ‘self’ is the key to developing intimacy with others, then writing down some of the details about yourself can be very positive and therapeutic.
Part 2 of Your Personal Profile is more of an activity, and will help get you thinking about subjects about yourself and your personal narrative.
If you aspire to continuity within your journal, diary or blog, an essay might just fit the bill. Pick a subject and let it rip. You’ll soon be a blogger on a mission.
Use negative energy in a positive way by allowing it to help you generate new creative output. When viewed this way, recording your world becomes a spiritual activity.
