For those of you haven't met some of our Real Girls' meet them here on a road trip to Las Vegas, and through California. Girlosophy tagged along with our cameras whilst they discussed life, love and empowerment.
Anthea Paul is one of those rare people who was granted an audience and an interview with Tibetan Spiritual Leader, His Holiness, Dalai Lama. It was an amazing moment for her, and she managed to document her experiences of this meeting at Dharamasala, North India in 2005. Dharamasala is currently home to 20,000 Tibetan refugees.

If you haven't seen it yet, you need to see it.... Just as we have always suspected, girls have special powers, and are uniquely placed to help in overcome poverty in developing countries. The best thing we can do is to invest time, energy and money in to making sure that they achieve their own goals to the benefit of their whole community and the world.
Karmabu Ringera founded International Peace Initiatives in 2002 out of her desire to help women with AIDS send their children to school. The Kithoka Amani (Kach) Community Home project began in 2006 with a vision of a community which nurtured and cared for children orphaned by AIDS. The Kach video documents the work of Alpine Initiative, a group of volunteers that managed to raise $104, 000 to travel to Kenya to assist local experts to build a local community centre and home for orphaned children. This a video of their first project.
