Shipping and returns

Girlosophy ships nationally within Australia (and Australian territories) and internationally using Australia POST.  

Shipping

Shipping is calculated on the total weight of your order and shipped using Australia Post.  

Tracking Orders

Australia POST’s Express POST service guarantees next business day delivery for parcels posted within the Express POST network and within 3-7 days of posting for regional centres.

Express POST is trackable up to the point of delivery. Please email Girlosophy at orders@girlosophy.com and we will provide you with the relevant information and links.

Registered Post International delivers within 5-10 business days.

If you wish to know your tracking number for your order, please contact us at orders@girlosophy.com and we will provide you with the relevant information and links.

Returns

As per our Terms & Conditions of Sale, all returns must be authorised by Girlosophy for goods supplied that are either incorrect as per your original order or if goods are damaged on arrival.

Currency & Security

All prices quoted on this schedule are in Australian dollars.
